Lil Wayne announced he’s expecting his second child.  The superstar rapper (real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) announced the impending birth during his acceptance speech for Lyricist of the Year at the BET Hip-Hop Awards. “I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me,” the 26-year-old told a cheering crowd. Internet rumors suggest that singer Nivea might be the baby’s mother.

She was recently spotted at one of Wayne’s concerts sporting some serious jewelry on her left ring finger(see pic below). Could it be they are engaged as well? Lil Wayne dedicated the trophy to his 8-year-old daughter Reginae. Her mom is Wayne’s ex-wife Toya Johnson.

Australia’s New Weekly reports that Jen is pregnant with serial monogamist John Mayer’s child.  The tab reports this is the reason they’ve gotten back together.   The couple were first spotted out together last week and are clearly working on a reunion.   Star reported that Jen was afraid to respond to John’s emails and texts because she didn’t want to be hurt again.  I can only surmize that Jen wanted a child, if indeed she is pregnant, because she’s nearly 40 and clearly knows how use birth control.  (She was married to bad Pitt and if you stand next to him you get pregnant. Ask Angelina Jolie.)File this under rumor.  Then file it under rumor again.  Then take this all with a grain of salt

Sean Combs….err Puff Daddy….or is it P Diddy?  You know the guy.  Early in 2-year-old Chance Combs life Sean Combs wasn’t sure that she was his child but DNA eventually proved that this cutie is part of the Combs family.  In a statement released last year, Diddy took responsibility for the youngster.

“At first, I wasn’t sure if this was my child.” the multimillionaire said. “Now that it has become clear she is, I will take care of her for the rest of her life.”

Take the guy at his word.  Little Miss Chance is enjoying the fabulous life of a Combs Kid.  Chance hit the red carpet at her daddy’s fashion show last week in Atlanta.

Chance’s birth is believed to have contributed to the break of Diddy and former partner Kim Porter.

He and Kim are parents to 18-month old twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila, son Christian, 8 and 16-year-old Quincy. Quincy is Kim’s son from a prior relationship with Al. B Sure but Diddy has taken responsibility for him.

Diddy is also dad to 13-year-old son, Justin, who’s mom is ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim.

Life On Mars star Lisa Bonet has confirmed her third pregnancy.   Bonet confirmed the she and partner Stargate Atlantis hunk Jason Momoa expect their second child together. The couple are already parents to 14-month-old Loloa. Lisa is mom is 19-year-old Zoe whose dad is Lisa’s former husband rocker Lenny Kravitz. Lisa doesn’t know if she’s having another girl or can expect a son this time around.

“When my friends ask me, I say, ‘I really don’t know,’” she told People mag. “I love the mystery and I trust the mystery about it. It adds a whole other component at the end.”

Lisa came to fame as Cosby kid, Denise. She later went on to star in spin off A Different World and subsequently returned to the original series.  Lisa said she’s seven months along and feels “great”.

Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell are working on making a home for their twins. “We cleared out a bedroom, actually not a bedroom, it was my aunt and uncle’s old stuff,” O’Connell, 34, told People this weekend at at The Hills: A Staged Reading at Hollywood’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theater.

“Baby-proofing the house, but it’s mostly getting the nursery ready,” O’Connell said. “It’s another room. We’ve got a couple cribs and stuff, so that’s about it.”

Jerry said Rebecca is doing well and he’s working on being supportive.

She’s feeling good,” O’Connell said about his wife. “I think as a husband, you feel a little jittery because at this point you have to just be there to help out as much as possible. Get food, make sure all the DVDs are rented. I’m sort of in a position where I have to assist at this point. So, it’s a little nerve-wracking in that sense that I can’t, as a guy you want to be the one that’s carrying them. You’re not.

Sporty Spice is set to  marry the father of the child she’s expecting . According to UK’s Mirror, Melanie Chisholm became engaged to Thomas Starr last month.  The Mirror reports that Mel is keeping it quiet so the press won’t find out all the details. The baby is rumored to be due in March.  Mel is also working on her solo album though she’ll take time off when the baby arrives. “I’ll need some time off to be a mum but, before you know it, we’ll be back.”  This is the couple’s first child.  First comes l0ve, then comes marriage…or whatever order you need it to be.

Lisa Marie Presely gave birth on Oct. 7, at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, Calif.  Elvis’s daughter and husband musician Michael Lockwood, 47.  A friend of the couple spoke with Star.

“Lisa Marie is mom to four now! She’s feeling good, a little tired too. She is so happy and Michael is ecstatic. He’s wanted to be a dad for so long. This is his dream come true.”

Lisa Marie didn’t suffer any complications.  “There was no drama. The babies are healthy and beautiful. Ben was seen pushing them down the hall in their cart and cooing to them,” the friend said.

No word on the babies’ names yet. Lisa is already mother to Riley, 21, and Ben, 16, from her first marriage to Danny Keough.  They were also present at the delivery.

The W cover of featuring Angelina Jolie breastfeeding has hit the blogosphere.  The photos, shot by Angelina’s partner Brad Pitt, show the superstar mom feeding one of the couple’s twins. Brad took the pictures in August on the grounds of the family’s French chateau. Angelina talked about why she felt comfortable taking the intimate portraits.

“I’m with a man who’s evolved enough to look at my body and see it as more beautiful, because of the journey it has taken and what it has created,” she says. “He genuinely sees it that way. So I genuinely feel even sexier.”

This an abosolutely lovely photo.  I can’t wait to see the rest of the series.

Brad Pitt recently shot a series of family photos for W magazine.  Life and Style confirmed today that one of those shots shows Angelina breastfeeding one of their 3-month old twins.

“Angelina posed for Brad in one of the photos while breast-feeding,” a close source revealed to Life & Style. “It’s really beautiful and tastefully done.”

“The photos are amazing,” added another source.   Expect the magazine to hit newsstands on Oct. 21.  Last weekend Angelina unveiled her post-twins body at the Changeling premiere.  Angelina said that her own mother inspired her portrayal of Christine Collins the mother of a missing child.

Angelina and Brad Pitt took their oldest children, Pax and Maddox, to the Make Right building site yesterday for a look around.  Make it Right is the non profit organization that Brad founded to rebuild 150 homes in the Katrina devastated New Orleans.   Earlier this week Brad announced that the foundation had raised enough funds to build 90 homes.  Angelina and Brad make a real effort to share their philanthropic efforts with their children with the hope that the kids will follow in their footsteps.  Last month  the Jolie-Pitt Foundation donated $2 million dollars to the Global Health Committee to fund an HIV/AIDS clinic in daughter Zahara’s home country of Ethiopia.

“Our goal is to transfer the success we have had in Cambodia to Ethiopia where people are needlessly dying of tuberculosis, a curable disease, and HIV/AIDS, a treatable disease,” Angelina said.
